💡 Summary
effidev.dev is a free content automation service. Users connect their own social accounts, and each user is responsible for the activity and content published through the accounts they connect.
1. The Service
effidev.dev (the "Service") provides:
- Automated Instagram comment replies and private reply DMs
- Threads posting and scheduled publishing
- AI reply Chrome extensions for X (Twitter) and Threads
- Short-form video generation from blog content, with upload and scheduling to social accounts
All features are currently free. We may add, change, or discontinue features.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 14 years old.
- You sign in with Google or Kakao and are responsible for keeping your account secure.
- You may not connect or use an account that is not yours.
3. Third-Party Platforms
The Service uses the official APIs of the following platforms, strictly within the scope you authorize:
- Meta (Instagram, Threads)
- TikTok
- YouTube (Google)
- X (Twitter) — Chrome extension
Each platform's own terms and community guidelines also apply to you. You remain responsible for any account restriction or removal resulting from a policy violation, even for content published through the Service.
You may disconnect any platform from your dashboard at any time. Stored access tokens are deleted immediately upon disconnection.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Publish content that infringes copyright, trademark, or publicity rights
- Distribute spam, misinformation, hate speech, or unlawful content
- Violate the terms or community guidelines of any connected platform
- Reverse engineer the Service or call its APIs in an abusive manner
- Publish content to accounts you do not own or are not authorized to manage
5. Your Content
You retain all rights to the content you create, generate, or upload through the Service. We process that content only as needed to operate the Service (storage, transcoding, and delivery to the platforms you connected), and we do not use it for any other purpose without your consent.
6. Changes and Availability
We may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service. Where a shutdown is planned, we will give notice when reasonably possible. Features may be limited by circumstances outside our control, including third-party policy changes, API deprecation, and account restrictions.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided free of charge and "as is", without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.
- We are not liable for damages arising from third-party API errors, policy changes, or account restrictions.
- You are responsible for disputes arising from content you publish.
- Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account from the dashboard. We may restrict access or delete an account without prior notice if you breach Section 4.
9. Privacy
Collection, use, retention, and deletion of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms. Revisions take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after a revision constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes relating to the Service are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
